Drank this wine at Windows on the Water on 1/9/2009. It was a rich golden color. I think that this wine is in the mysterious dead period that Roussanne goes through. It did have a little flower, dulled stone fruits, and intriguing riesling-like petrol qualities. I am definitely going to wait 3 or 4 years to have my next bottle and enjoy this reawkened beauty.

When purchased wine in Fall,2005,at Eberle Winery,I was told in tasting room that wine had 5-10 good years left. I drank wine and it was slightly oxidized and past its prime. Wine was flabby and without any real focus or quality structure. Drink now because it may be too late. It was for me!
