Fruit forward but not overwhelmingly. Flavourful, balanced and bright! One of our favourite wines to sip on its own or pair with many foods like salmon and Cornish hens.

A dark tasting Pinot. Blackberry and black cherry. Spicey, peppery and smokey. Earthy. Medium + tannins. Ready to drink now, but could easily be cellared another year or two.

Tinhorn has surprised me with a very drinkable wine that is enjoyable on its own or paired with food. Lowish tannins and nice acidity help make it enjoyable.

Complex, lovely wine. Deep red. Tannins have smoothed in seven + years leaving a balanced, still fruity wine. Good bouquet and after-taste.

Deep ruby colour, with legs suggesting higher alcohol than it had (only 13%). Good nose - with barnyard overtones. Merlot scents poked through. Tannin and acidity high, but not unbalanced - the wine could have aged several more years

The wine looks Light gold colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Black Pepper, and Cinnamon. It tastes like Black Pepper, Cinnamon, and Clove. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Silky texture. The wine finishes Medium.
