We had it with A rice, broccolini and tuna dish. It seemed to overpower the dish a bit but as the wine matured in the glass it became much more drinkable. Next time we would have it with a piece of fish, like a tuna steak or swordfish or salmon. Or maybe even the cod in a basket dish cooked on the grill.

This wine is amazing! I am enjoying every sip I take. Great texture and silky smooth. Full bodied yet able to stand on its own with no food at all. This wine is excellent now but will continue to taste great in a few years. Glad I have another in the cellar!

Delicious. I let this decant for about 45 minutes and it was very fuit forward like a typical Inglenook wine and seems to be drinking perfectly now.
