Drank form a 375. Nose of white peaches and grapefruit. This is fresh with a balanced amount of minerality. Wish my wife liked SBs as I would drink more.

Drank from a 375. Slow ox'ed for 4 hours. Nose of menthol and sage. Palate of dark chocolate and cherry. This is really good. May need to find some 750s.

This was surprisingly fresh for a 1999!!! Silky smooth with tiny red berry fruit.

Again I am rewarded for holding on to wine. Garnet, slight rim variation. Nose of white pepper. Very smooth. I LOVE Big Table Farm!!

In keeping with the Peter Michael Week
Pale yellow almost white, very clear
Soft white flowers on the nose
Mostly mango fruit on palate. Very well balanced and has aged well. Wish I had more 2012s.
I am a firm believer that well made SBs from US can age well.

Slo-oxed for 2 hours and consumed over 2 hours.
Nose of strawberry and violets.
Palate of tart cherry and very fruit filled with a tingling acidity.
I don't typically drink my PMs this early but it was quite a treat.

30 minute decant and consumed over two hours.
Light yellow and very clean.
Nose of dried apricot and lemon meringue pie.
Palate of slight butter and citrus. Very creamy mouth feel and got better as it the wine got warmer.
Excellent wine that is well balanced and has a long finish.

Nose of pineapple, lemon confit and brioche.
Palate of citrus layers, rich and tremendous length. Got better as it got warmer.
Can't wait to try anther one next year.

I prepared a goat cheese salad and scallops for dinner and decided to pull an Aubert pinot. What a treat!
Slow-oxed for 1 hour.
Rather dark for a pinot.
Sweet red berry with Asian spice.
Excellent long finish.

Consumed way too early as it was a little tart.
Excellent complex wine, well balanced and lively.

Medium to full body
Very slight rim variation
Nose of floral notes, chocolate, espresso and licorice
Taste of black currants, dried herbs, vanilla and chocolate
Excellent texture and long finish. I suspect I will still taste this tomorrow am.

PNP.
Color- Straw to yellow.
Medium to full body.
Nose- lemon peel and Asian pear.
Taste of ripe fruit with bright acidity. Almost Chablis like.
Long lasting finish.

Slo-oxed for 14 hours.
Deep ruby red.
Nose of black cherry, mocha with a slight touch of orange rind.
Mouth feel is a velvety texture with blackberry liqueur, coconut and black olives.
Incredibly complex meaty wine with a long finish. Excellent in every way!!

What a welcome surprise!! Drank after watching Master Rewinds all week. Medium ruby red. Slight rim variation. Nose of black currant and light, subtle pencil lead. Taste of dusty cherry and black berry. Jack can play golf AND make wine. Wish I had more of this.

Golden amber. Nose of toasted oak, lemon peel and wet stone. Palate of fresh acidity, hint of honey and pear. Well balanced. My favorite NV champagne.
