Very nice floral notes on the nose with just the right touch of grapefruit. Just sweet enough with a lingering silky finish from the Chardonnay after it opened up a bit. A nice drinkable wine when not in the mood for a red.

It tastes like black currant (cassis), mineral, lead pencil, lead pencil, black pepper and tobacco. The body is medium/full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Delicious Pinotage with strawberries on the nose, wonderful mouthfeel and a pleasant change after so many Stellenbosch Pinotages over th years.
