Perfect example of a cab franc! Drinking well right now and couldn't resist. Did not decant. Very earthy and dark flavors. A big wine but smooth throughout the night.

Wine was excellent, and did evolve throughout the evening. Personally I liked it the best about 15 minutes after opening. It kind of ran out of gas later on. If you are holding this, I would drink now.

Darker and not as crisp as expected but still delicious. Great if you're looking for something a little more subdued with plenty of flavor.

Very hot immediately upon opening, and not particularly flavorful. After 60 minute decant it was much more mellow, flavorful, and sweeter.

Great smells upon opening. Luscious mouthfeel and very smooth. All tannins are gone. It won't hold up with heavier food anymore but would be great with cheeses and light meats. Drink now.

Tasted like candy upon first open. After an hour decant it opened nicely into dark cherry and pepper. Very smooth.

Poured right from the bottle, no decanting. Very fruit forward at first, but after a few minutes it opened up with slight oak and darker flavors.
