No formal notes taken. Everybody was raving about it.

On its way out. Pretty dark, low co2 pressure, very acidic, not very complex anymore.

Very drinkable, but past its prime. Fruit has receded, there's acidity left, not a lot of tannin. After opening, orange rims that turned brown within about one hour.

Suprisingly sweet, which the other vintages (2008, 2009) i've tried aren't, and weren't when they were younger.

pretty mature, lots of smoked bacon on the nose. Fruit has receded some.

Intriguing nose of ripe peach and a bit of petrol. Just a picturebook, mature off-dry riesling.
On the palate a little more restrained, pretty strong acidity, just enough sweetness to balance it.
Wonderful as always. Probably the most mature Stirn I've had. There's one more 2013 in my basement. Let's see :-)

middle-of-the-road edelsüße Nase, nicht spezifisch, sondern reife Frucht (weder Birne noch Pfirsich noch Litschi, aber alles gleichzeitig). Andere haben Mais gesagt. Frischer Maiskolben.
Auf der Zunge angenehm süß, ausreichend Säure. Sehr guter Trinkfluss

Enticing! Nose of litchy and ripe peach. Fresh on the palate, with a nice waterness rather than stuffy. In a really good place right now, though no petrol notes yet.

Easy drinking right now. Not the most distinct example to demonstrate Nebbiolo to newbies.

Now the only vintage left in my cellar. Will fill up on the 2020 soon.
This is still a little young and benefits from some air.

Showing wonderfully right now!
Acidity still strong to balance the sweetness, so my family said "this isn't very sweet after all!"

First bottle of nine. Promising but still young.
Lilac on the eyes, nose, and palate. Black and purple fruit.
At one point, my glass gave me a nose of raw beef. After a top-up, it didn't anymore.
Let's see in two years.

Not tasted yet. Looking forward.
Not Only Riesling, Berlin, have a huge metal crate full of super dirty bottles that got washed away during the 2021 flood disaster. At a somewhat reduced rate price of €18.something.
Hope this offering helps soften the blow buy selling off the vintages that were, I assume, partly destroyed in their cellars.
Makes a great gift, too, because the outside of the bottle tells the tale of a (hopefully) historic disaster.
I'll upload pictures of my bottle.

I second everything champagne.zuerich said. This is a wonderful example of a super elegant, juicy, straight-like-an-arrow, refreshing champagne. Never had any sparkler excite me like this.
Tasted and bought a bottle at ViniCulture Berlin für €49

The 2013 had developed some more yeast aromatics and so might this 2015 if you wait long enough. Don't know if I'll like it better then. Hoping to have a reason to pop this in 2023.

Finally, it has come around!
It was bland and unripe twice before, now it's well worth its original €15, with an enticing southern-Rhone nose of violets, ripe black fruit and some spice.
Fresh acidic backbone, minimal sweetness, mild tannins. A real crowdpleaser on day one.
My last bottle.

This is the continuation of the Bourgogne Chardonnay, which always came from this plot, only now the plot is named on the label.

Still young, needs time. Boring at first.
After a few hours in the open bottle, lots of stone on the nose. Quite bitter on mid-palate. The 2018 was quite exciting when I had it in the summer of 2022. So maybe I'll lay my other two bottles down and open the next one in 2024.

Dominant yet unobtrusive nose of fresh raw beef. No pepper. Drinks reall well already. Have to buy!

Nose of pineapple and barnyard. A bit of smoke (but why?)
Sweetness on the tip of the tongue. Acidity is less than expected, but it gives off a nice spine from mid-palate to finish: medium-length with an idea of woodruff
White
Nose full of tension, giving away the acidity, with overripe yellow fruit and a heap of rock.
Slightly buttery mouthfeel, good acidity, full body, a little sweetness, nice little bitter notes.
Finishes long with acidity and stoniness.
If you need one entry-level Burgundy chardonnay, this is it!

No formal notes. My sense of smell seems to be slightly muted and I don't get a lot of nuance, ever since I had Covid (Delta variant incl. 10 days of no sense of smell)

Tart palate with almost zero sweetness.
Lemon zest and mineral finish of quite a while.

intriguing nose of mirabelle plum next to some maturity that we couldn't quite put our fingers on: malolactic fermentation without pineapple or yoghurt or sauerkraut. Flint, if I can tell the difference from my extensive Saar Riesling experience.
Mirabelle-like acidity on the rims of the tongue. Salty. Mid-palate was watery initially but turned medium-bodied after an hour, bitter when paired with tomato-y pasta. A bit sweet, but that tastes like it's the alcohol (13%), not residual sugar.

On day 3: nose has turned darker, sweet ripe yellow fruit, maybe chocolate even.Attack is almost tasteless. Then, a slow build-up of gripping acidity, bitterness, saltiness.
Lingers for minutes!

I'd say drink up, but Parker sez can be stored for 30 years. I'm not the expert, so maybe store and see what happens in 2040.

Nose: Lots of nice and ripe fruit: Cassis, maybe plum. Eucalyptus. A little smoked wood.

Attack is slow. A certain sweetness on mid-palate. Not a lot of acidity left, but not flabby, either. Tannins are very fine and mild.
No complexity.
Finishes short, cassis lingers a little longer.
In the glas, the wine faded quickly, over 15 minutes or so. Re-fill from bottle provided a nice fresh start over two hours at least.

I guess this is past its peak. Neither annyoing nor disappointing, but I imagine at was more complex and more rewarding 5 years ago. Drinks really well.

Disgored 09/2013
bought for €85 in Paris in 2014

Quince. Very little ammonia and acetone. Mainly apple cider.
Mouth: moussage is on the lower side. Again, very little ammonia and acetone. firm citric acidity that's not overwhelmung. Tastes like a very dry cidre.

Drinks well, nothing sticking out or annoying.

*** Color
Dark ruby red, hardly light brown rims.

*** Nose
After opening: sweet wild strawberry, elderberry, lacquer.
Over time, we perceived: beef blood, blackberry and blackcurrant, firewood ashes, bourbon vanilla, ammonia, moldy wood bark, beetroot, salty alpine brook and moss, lemon juice

*** Palate
attack has a slight sweetness, fine-grained tannins are quite present and make for a sexy-ass mouthfeel. Firm acidity - not overpowering.
Elderberry, coffee bean, bitter dark chocolate, vanilla,

*** Finish
dark chocolate galore, acidity, tannin

Excellent for french kissing. perfect Bordeaux experience if you don't need leather, tobacco, underwood. Very exciting wine now that it's sold out and unavailable :-(

nose of citric zest, hay, pineapple, rocks.
Acidity on the tip of the tongue, not very strong. After two hours, acidity get stronger, on the tongue's rim.
Long stony finish.
Oily mouthfeel increases with time in open bottle.
Not very typical Riesling, would be a good pirate for a Chablis blind tasting.

Very friendly and soothing nose of dark cherries, caramel or honey, yeast. Smells like a cherry danish.
A citric note later on.
Dense and fine bubbles.
Medium-low acidity, almost no sweetness. Citric on mid-palate. Long citrus finish.
Excellent stuff!

After opening:
Dark black, not brown, rather purple. Very harmonious nose, present tannin, yum!

After two hours:
Still dark ruby with purple rims.
Nose: Plums, ripe blackberry, bit of alcoholic heat
Palate: Tip of the tongue gets no flavour, just a smooth, slightly oily mouthfeel and later tannin action.
Very little sweetness. Medium-minus acidity.
Long finish of acidity, tannin, and something winey :-)
I liked it better after opening. Let's see tomorrow night.
...
So, the next night, the fruit had receded from the nose and I don't know what to call the dominant feature or characteristic.
Still a good Bordeaux.
Maybe night 3 would have been it, but now the bottle's finished.
Good night!

Drank it right after buying from the store. The store had cooled if down for me that day, or so I thought. But when I opened it, it was completely devoid of bubbles, so it had probably been stored cool in the store for longer.
2nd bottle will be stored room temp for two days before opening and only chilled for the last two hours. On room temp, the yeast gets going again, producing bubbles.
Slight note of nail polish removal.

Exciting nose, but not very complex on the palate.
After a day and a half in the bottle, it has gone through malolactic fermentation, developing a slight sauerkraut nose and an exciting oily mouthfeel which goes well with the slight sweetness and remaining acidity.
Excellent qpr.

Chilled, opened, poured a tiny glass, closed, put in freezer for 20 minutes, then tasted.
Nose: Forrest honey and citric zest framed in a chill, watery frame. Like Christmas cookies dipped in clean seawater.

Oily texture, quite sweet, moderate acidity. Forrest honey again. Tiny bit salty.
Long finish.
This has blown all six of us away from nose to finish.

German in style rather than Burgundian. Not quite my style. It was a pleasure for the second hour after opening, though. So my guess is it's going to be good 2022 to 2030 or so.

My first Fass 1 ever, after following the producer for five years.
On the first night, it was not very typical for Lauer, with a pretty intense dark smell, darker color, bitter mid-palate (floral and very minderal).
The next few days, pineapple came around and the wine got leaner, fresher, zingier. Good one and nice to know that there's more variety in the Lauer portfolio.
