Apperance: bright and vibrant purple dark ruby clear with lighter rim
Nose: medium floral musk and violets, cola and sweet green capsicum
Palate: light to medium body layered flavours of cola and musk raspberry lead to earthiness with a firm but juicy finish
Well balanced medium plus acid tannins supple and a bit stemmy
Finish medium plus
Drinking well now
Very good 94.

Deep Ruby not fully opaque
Nose medium plus brooding and evolving filling the glass with white pepper, vanilla oak and fresh dark berries.
Palate is well balanced filled with fine tannins and Medium acid, oak yielding to rich dark complex fruits with pepperiness ever present.
Finish is medium long

Very pale and bright
Muted nose of lime cordial fresh cut pear
Palate follows with lime fruit and fresh acidity, dry with a touch of pith - refreshing and balanced even at this early stage.
Finish is long
Not giving away all it's secrets tonight - time will tell

Deep purple crimson apperance
Frangrant and complex nose of fresh raspberry earthiness red currents white pepper whisp of smoke.
Palate is elegant and savoury, great complexity here as well, balanced between red fruits, plums, wild forest berries and deep spice woodiness, acid and fine tannins well present assuring longevity.
Long plus ethereal finish, finesse.

Match to delicate game meat, or contemplate on it's own.

Clear pale gold apperance
Nose of honey suckle Turkish delight lycee and a waft of spices in typical gewurzt style.
Palate is rich with some residual sugar but is lacking acid and freshness.
Flavours of marmalade lead to spice and bitter pithy finish, richness carrying through to a finish of reasonable plus length although a little cloying.
Good 85- probably better if drunk earlier

Apperance bright crimson almost opaque
Nose started opening up after about an hour, strong chocolate/ mocha oak making way for the deep blackberry fruit and mulberries some menthol
Palate is more savoury medium body black fruits and cedar.
Medium finish with firm fine tannins

Apperance is pale blonde slightly luminous
Nose is quiet open and floral, being on the ripe side of citrus and some pear there is also an over tone herbs adding interest.
Palate is bright and round with almost crunchy acidity flavours of lemon lime and pineapple meld to a lemon pith and mineral closing. Finish is medium
Good.
90+
Drink now zippy and refreshing or hold as with all good riesling medium to long-term potential
Match to any thing you would eat on a warm summer afternoon

Apperance clear bright golden hay
Nose is medium, opening toasty with ripe yellow peaches and cream, butterscotch and citrus notes adding to the complexity.
Palate is full with yeasty, almost Vegemite flavours opening to caramel and pastries with tones of ripe stone fruit and a touch of citrus pith and mineral carrying through to the finish
Finish is round and Medium plus
Very good. Drink now

Apperance deep garnet red
Nose medium minus middle of the spectrum between red and dark berries some cedar notes adding to the bouquet
Palate is medium bodied with firm fine tannins
Flavours following the nose landing in the middle morello cherry and mulberries, graphite and pencil shavings to balance. But lacking depth and persistence in the finish

Apperance clear purpley crimson
Nose medium perfumed with leathery meaty tones, ginger and raspberry
Palate is fleshy with lots of juicy acidity flavours of red fruits cherries and savoury leatheryness continues fine firm tannins framing a decent length finish

Apperance deep crimson even to the rim
Nose is savoury first before fruit, starting with a smokey meaty aroma, black pepper leading to deep dark fruits - black berries cassis prune.
Palate is medium- full round with black fruit and savoury continues as per the nose. some alcohol warmth, but very good to medium plus finish
Good- could hold this longer but drinking well now

Would match with home made beef pies.

Apperance opaque bright ruby red colour
Nose of rich dark fruits, sweet but not jammy, some vanilla oak licorice and camphor.
Palate is juicy, medium bodied of dark cherries and plums, almost to a cherry ripe.
Balance is slightly out in relation to fruit, acid and alcohol, feeling a little bit thin however resulting in a smooth medium minus finish.
Good - you don't need to think too much to enjoy this wine.

Apperance clear pale and luminous with slight green hue
Nose open and fragrant lime cordial floral scents and unexpectedly banana paddle pop perhaps from the lees.
Palate full and fresh with lime citrus the star acid is high but very well balanced rounded out with nashi pear and grassy flavours
Long plus finish
Excellent.
Drink now on a hot day or hold for long-term Hunter sem toastiness

Apperance clear very pale straw
Nose some what reserved, concentrated lemon lime with slatey tones.
Palate is medium bodied, high acid that gives a clean linear structure and long elegant finish. Flavours of lemon and lemon pith closing out.
Presented a little closed today but everything in balance to see this going a long way and blossoming in future gaining complexity.
91+ Hold.

Palate displays the red fruit- strawberries with the usuall nebbiolo mouth coating tannins and acid but not much else coming through even after being in the glass for a couple hours.
Good - Expected a little more of this wine, perhaps not the right setting on this occasion
Would imagine this pairing well with a pork ragu or mushroom pasta.

Apperance dense inky purple with a magenta rim displaying the youthfulness of this wine.
Nose of ripe black berries cassis, menthol and coconut oak
Palate follows nose with juicy ripe black berries. Mulberries black current, a touch of green pepper, big strong tannins finishing with cedary vanilla oak - not overly complex but enjoyable nonetheless
Medium plus finish
Good to very good
drink now with plenty of upside as this better intergrates with time

Apperance clear bright inviting golden blonde
Nose medium plus, fragrance of creme brulee, toffee caramel smoky and nutty with baked pear and almond tart aromas.
Palate is luscious with high acidity balanced with rich flavours of dried white figs, summer white nectarine leading to a linear finish that is plesantly closed out by grapefruit pith, long and smooth.
Very good, drinking well now and into next few years.
Match well with roasted chicken or pork chops.

Apperance dense opaque some bricking at rim but deep garnet tending towards purpley black with fine sediment.
Nose medium plus dominated by vanilla oak and pencil shavings, with sweet aromas of black mulberry black cherries and then progressing to roasted coffee beans and peppermint
Palate is well balanced confirming the black fruit, brambles followed by savouriness menthol and bay leaf
Tannins still firm but smoooth
Lasting finish acknowledging the pedigree of this wine
Great wine drink well for another 5years atleast would buy again tomorrow.

Pale Golden hue apperance
Fragrant nose opening with a waft of kero, floral blossoms lemon and pear.
Palate is bright and juicy as expected being a young Riesling
Flavours of lime and lemon rind with a hint of short crust pasty, lead to a long balanced finish.
Very good.
Looking forward to drinking this on hot summer afternoon with ceviche.

Apperance slightly hazey dense beetroot colour with a lighter rim
Medium Nose of black mulberry dried berries earthy leather tones and black tea leaf.
Palate starts with dark berry reduction but certainly not over ripe or jammy, filling the mouth with plesant black tea tannins, which time with soften and reward with greater balance.
Finish is long drawing you back for more
Very good.
Would be a great match for rare gamey meat or an indulgent wagyu beef burger with brioche bun pickle and old cheddar cheese and a generous side of truffle chips.

Savoury Nose of dried herbs some leather with wild cherries
Palate is juicy with maraschino cherry savoury Chalky tannins lead to a simple but pleasant finish.
Good weeknight wine with pasta dinner.

Apperance dense crimson with warm purpler rim
Nose dominated by savoury tones black olive menthol and mint with the vanilla oak also apparent fruit in the distance home made black berry mulberry pie.
Palate is well balanced with gamey flavours ripe fruit and menthol
Chalky tannins with some oak apparent again on the finish
Finish is long and smooth
Bold wine that will only intergrate and improve further with time.

Drank at Restaurant with Asian food.
The wine looks blonde colored. It smells like lemon soap with some citrus pith. It tastes like lemon, lime and pear, with some sweetness at first then finishing dry. The body is light/medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes medium, being refreshing and matching well with the food.

Bright ruby in colour with pale brick rim
Medium Nose of strawberry fields earthy and floral
Palate is bright with acid, raspberry and berry give way to savoury meaty tones
Medium finish is solid with the mouth coating tannins being the best part!

Dark red in colour with mahogany rim. Fragrant nose of strawberries, raspberries and baking spices. Palate is bright acid and good tannins, flavours of raspberry and earthiness. Medium finish.

Bright coloured purple and ruby, Took a few minutes to open in the glass then plenty of black fruit flavour and savoury spice. Good balance and structure with the tannins being well rounded. Wanted to drink more of this!
