Too late in the evening for a proper note. Very enjoyable though...

This is a very interesting wine. It was blended "in reverse" with petite verdot being the primary varietal. It was loaded with dark fruit - black cherries, blackberry - and had an excellent mouthfeel. This is a wine with a lot more life ahead of it. Will likely be drinking well for 4-5 more years!

This wine is simply amazing! The fresh bread and bright citrus notes are remarkable. This bottle was as lively, if not more so, than the current releases. Wonderful!

Beautiful black fruit, lots of tannin but great balance. Will likely improve over the next several years as the tannin integrates.

Harsh, green tannins, fruit disappears quickly. Neither interesting or good.

Red fruit, tobacco, black cherry. In general a very nice QPR wine!

It was ok... confirmed my belief that Silver Oak is WAY overpriced... especially the Napa!

3 Hours Decanting... Very French in style with rich leathers and minerals combined with subtle fruit. A style of wine rare to find in California!

A little bit hot for my taste... Otherwise jammy, lots of blackberry, current, other red fruit...

I hate to agree with the pros (aka parker and laube), but this is a bit green... whether this will change with age or not remains to be seen. Regardless, this is an excellent wine for the price. I love Mountain Cab and this is a great example of it. As these vines age, I can't wait to see what comes of it!!!

Light, refreshing, loaded with pear, mild apricot, and just a hint of melon. Unratable...

silky smoothe with raspberry and black cherry. Soft, velvety tannins provide structure without increasing the weight of the wine. Very nice!

Nice dark berry color. Excellent red fruit and even better oak hints.

Delicious! Started out a bit rough, but after about 10 minutes in the glass it opened up very nicely.
