Maybe it needs time or maybe defective but strong smell of iodine and just a disappointment. 2nd of 2 375's I bouhgt and the first one was undrinkable so compared to that, this was an improvement.

European (sour) taste. Zachy's loved it a and pushed it hard so I was expecting a little more excitement.

Opening thrill with first taste is the most distinctive pat of Silver Oak. Nice experience.

Served at a dinner at Mirival in Tucson. Grabbed an extra bottle for my cellar. Surprised at how good it was.

Upon decanting for 45 minutes or so and with food, very pleasant. Right out of the bottle, by itself, not the way to enjoy this Tuscan blend.

Served 6 bottles with duck to group of ten. Not a drop remained and all enjoyed it. Decanted for 30 to 90 minutes. Not flashy but solidly good each of the three or four times I've tried it.
