Very similar to Caymus Cabernet but more structure and less syrupy. After a 2/3 hrs of decanting it opened up beautifully and the complexity shined through. This is quite a well made wine~do not hesitate to buy if you can!

This is a really nicely balanced wine. For the price(<$31) it is a real surprise to me! Dark color, highly perfumed nose, nice brightness in fruit yet completely ripe, solid finish. Buy this if you can get your hands on it...the 2012 is much better than the 2011 and totally worth it!

After a 4 hour decanting, this is amazing! At $45 it is worth way more than it costs when compared to many other Napa Cabs over $80 or $100. It hits all the sweet spots on the palette, has a great finish for being so young and the aftertaste is as consistent as the beginning.

Hits all the right spots. Complex and rich. Smooth, sweet, and long finish. Had side by side with the 2009 Pahlmeyer Red (practically the same wine just not decommissioned to the Jayson label) and this was very comparable. At 1/3 the price.... $43 instead of Pahlmeyer at $123...I would have to say this is the ticket!

Was very earthy on the nose. A good wine, but not one I will go out of my way to get again. For the price($40+) there are SO many better wines.

Truly fantastic! Extremely powerful but refined! Balanced and silky smooth. This is a "heavy boned" wine and is loaded with layers of complexity. A very "sexy" wine! I had this in the PJ tasting room and a couple years later at home. It was even better the second time!

My "go-to" Cab. This is concentrated, lush, and powerful! Dark red and opaque. Just a beautiful wine...bravo!

All I can say is WOW! Hits every part of the palate with grace, finesse, and concentrated complexity. The tannins and acidity have come into perfect alignment after a couple years of cellaring. Easily beats some of the $150+ bottles of Napa Cab I have had.

Classic Napa styled Cabernet. Beautifully balanced acidity, plush tannins, crips/fresh finish and well integrated oak. Silky smooth nose and complex, with dark garnet in the glass(looks younger than it is). Very well made-Bravo!
