Excellent Chianti Classico - well rounded with good fruit and and nice finish. We drank it with chicken saffron. Not readily available in US. Had a case sent after a visit to the winery in Italy in 2019. Will be sorry when it’s gone from my cellar.

Uncorked this 22 year old Bordeaux to essentially nothing, maybe a 75. After an hour or so it opened up to about an 80. This wine demonstrates all wines do not improve with age.

Amazingly vibrant for a 13 year-old shiraz. Tannins mellowed, but it flattened out after 15 minutes or so.

By looking at other comments, it's clear that this wine needs cellaring. I should have decanted, but I didn't and found considerabel sediment in the 8 year old wine. Very nice on the palet, and long finish.

Bought a 3L from WTSO, drank with several friends over munchies. Light on the pallet, mild tannins. Enjoyed by both serious and casual wine drinkers alike.
