Pretty good SB, just not quite as good as it hyped up to be., Grassy, lemon-limey, mineral nose, and also a hint of pineapple at the tail end. I like the balance and the structure of this bottle, not as fruity as most of New Zealand SB, but still plenty of tropical fruit and mineral on the month feel. Crisp, clean taste, beware the style is more toward Sancerre than your topical SB from this region.

Apple and some apricot and honey on the nose and pretty much the same on the palate, minus the honey, and replace by some limey favor. Pretty good body, but a bit too sweet for me. I think it's due to the imbalance of sweetness and acidity. This bottle performed more a German Riesling than anything else. Overall it's decent and I won't mind to drink it again, but not at $17, it's more like $10-12 wine to me.

This wine is perfect for the summer. Peach, apple and sugary smell on the nose. Flavors are pretty much the same in the month, plus some sugarcane sweetness. The best part about this wine is the balance of the acidity and sweetness level. Easy to drink because of the low alcohol level, very refreshing for a hot summer day. It's not a complex wine by any mean, but this is not something to be expected from this wine anyway.

Good zin. Only my second zin ever, but was impressed by this bottle. Complex nose, with big fruit and some ceder box at the beginning and evolved to more defined blueberry, blackberry after some airing. Very jammy on the initial attack, then came some creaminess on the mid-palate, and finally transition to some ceder and smooth tannin at the end. Long finish and again the different berry flavors were more defined after some airing. The only downside is the wine turn flappy rather quickly on the second day (only after a glass). Overall, very good wine though. Would buy again.

Solid Sancerre. Nothing really jump out from this bottle, pretty good nose of green apple, grapefruit, mineral, and a tiny bit of mint. Fresh and crisp on the palate, with green apple and mineral dominate the flavors. Finish was a little bit short. Bad QPR for $30, tasted more like $20 to me.

Pretty good bottle of CC. The nose came with sweet cherry, ceder, mineral and earthy characters. Good balance in the month with cherry, wood, and mineral with a slight bitter tannin on the finish. Good acidity on the first night, but the tannin smooth out on the second night and the fruit came more forward. Prefer 1st night slightly better. Soild QPR overall.

Had this two weeks ago, so not exactly remember everything. Definitely the Viognier is there; a floral, stony nose, along with peaches and some lime character. The month feel consisted of graph fruit, lime, and some mineral note? (can't remember if it was there for sure) A tiny bit of sweet, but good acidity to balance everything out. Excellent QPR.

Grapefruit and creamy nose; plus a little bit of greenness. Grapefruit dominate the month feel, plus some mineral character as well. Good acidity and long finish. Not as fruity and powerful as some of the NZ Sauvignon Blanc, but it came with more balance. Not great but solid QPR.

The bottle open up with classic sangiovese nose, rustic, cedar, woody nose. Decanted for two hours, and the month feel was a little more toward a cab, dark fruit, sour cherry and a hint of dark chocolate. Back end tannin was there, but not very smooth. Acidity is okay. The overall structure is solid, but not outstanding.

Drank the remaining half the next day, the nose was almost gone and not a sangio nose at all, more cab than anything else. Tasted kind of flappy with dark fruit and sour cherry still present. Overall not terribly impress though

Initially on the nose there were some fruit, blackberry and a tiny hint of strawberry. Then it smell like mud and worn; I mean it's very obvious and I was like 'what the hell?''. On the palate, it's pretty much the same, plus some oak. As this point I just can't handle the muddiness, and finds it undrinkable. However, I'm interest in buying another bottle to see if it will evolve with time.

88+ pts. Strawberry nose as well as on the month feel, plus some floral and greenly flavor at the mid-palate. Good acidity and very tannic right now. There is a lot of potential and just need another year or two to become a 90+ pts wine.

This bottle seems to just more refine than the last one and I just love the mid-palate and finish. Good QPR.

Good wine, but not blowing me away. Cedar, cherry, and milk chocolate on the nose. Cherry, a little plum, and other red fruit on the palate. Mocha and a little oak on the finish. Good month feel, smooth going down and the oak was not too bad. Overall solid made wine, but no a good QPR though.

I love this wine!! Cedar box, cherry and pine needle on the nose; smell very similar to most of the Bordeaux I had before. Very fruity on the palate, but not fake at all. Very complex taste, I could only picked out the sour cherry and plum. Woody (not oaky) on the finish. Tannin level is perfect right now IMO. The best thing about this wine are the structure and month feel, all the favors just unfold very smoothly, no edges and awkwardness at all. I have only been drinking wine for 6 months, but that's the best bottle of red I have thus far!! Only down fall about this wine is too expensive!! ($52 for half bottle)

Papaya, grapefruit, star-fruit and a tiny bit of cat pee on the nose; a lot of grapefruit, little kiwi, little pineapple, grass, and nutty (??) flavors on the palate. Finish is okay and fairly long, a little residual sugar on the back end. It should get even better in 6 months or so. Should go get a couple more. Solid QPR

Decanted for 3 hours. Chocolate, blueberry, raspberry and hint of vanilla on the nose. Pretty much taste the same as the nose on the initial attack; very jammy. But mid-palate and the finish was just awkward and hallow. It's acceptable for a $15 wine, but not for a $50 bottle IMO.

On the nose it remained me of dark cherry, chocolate, and blackberry. Pretty much tasted the same on the palate, plus some spice note. Good month feel for the price, good acidity and tannin level. Good QPR.

Grassy, mango, and grapefruit nose. On the palate I could taste grapefruit and lemon all day. A little honey undertone as well. The structure is good, but no great. Nice acidity though and sweet level was just right for this wine. Overall good entry level JJ Prum wine.

Currant, leather and smoke on the nose, currant and spice on the palate. The fruit was not overwhelming, but the structure was just absolutely fantastic. Smooth month feel, good tannin structure, good acidity and long finish. Need to hurt down some more (0 views)

A fruity nose along with a little smoke, not the amount of smokiness one usually expected from CdP. Good month feel at the beginning and the mid-palate, fruity, but the finish was just too alcoholic and bitter. There is no way it's only 14% alcohol level. Otherwise it would be a good drink.

Earthy, Stinky on the nose; disappointed on the palate, tasted sour cherry and that's about it, okay tannin structure...overall just boring (decanted for 4 hours)

And tried the left over again on the third day, the wine completely fell apart, tasted nothing at all except minimal tannin.

I feel like it is starting to get little flappy. Good fruity nose, but doesn't taste very excited on the palate, smooth mouth feel though.
