still alive and kicking! this was showing a bit of aged profile, but after a solid 45-60 min decant, was really, really good. dark fruit still present, tannins well integrated but definitely present, cedar and leather and thyme flavors. paired exceptionally well with steak and balsamic/worchester pan sauce.

nice, light sauv blanc. grapefruit on the nose, lychee, apricot. decent acidity. would have been better with something more creamy than the quiche. Tasted better as it got a bit colder.

The wine looks Straw colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Grapefruit, Apricot, and Lychee. The body is Light/Medium. The wine finishes Short.

OMG, so good. MUCH more mature and complex. Increasingly raisin/dried cherry over the bright fruits and even some of the darker ones. Really yummy!
