Brilliant nose of white pepper violets raspberry olive bacon funk. I could smell this all night which I almost did. A toy touch of sweetness on the palate but just a delight even at this early phase.

3/3/15, 8:13 PM - Arthrovine it's was a Pop n pour consumed over 2-3 hours. I find with Christophes wines for my palate they drink very well right out of the bottle as I love the reductive funk that seems to blow off over time. No real noticeable alcohol on this with well integrated tannins that seemed to progress the longer it sat.

I'm in Portland for work often. We should share a bottle or three sometime.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful complex fruit and spice. Rich and complex and drinking like liquid silk. If I had to pick a weakness it was that it was almost too silky.

8/22/14, 8:56 AM - this was a pop and pour and consumed over a couple of hours. Didn't change much with air.
