I was very pleased to see how this was doing. Cherry, mint, and tobacco. I will leave my last 4 for another 4-5 years. (If properly stored).

When opened I initially thought it was an off bottle. Brett, fungus, oak and mushroom on the nose. After 3 hour in the decanter this blossomed. Needs lots of air but ready to drink over the next 2-3 years.
