This wine is excellent and the best cab franc I have drank. It maybe lacks a little on the finish that keeps it from being world class but I think that is a bit of the varietal. It is undeniably cab franc and all around delicious. I have to try some other wines from this producer and would buy more of this.

Really showing well now. Slight wood tannins but smooth vanilla and berry flavor, fun wine and a great qpr for napa. I consider more of a cocktail style but hits the spot at the right time. I think this is the perfect drinking window and would recommend consuming in a year or 2. I uncorked early in the day and then put cork back in the bottle and let sit. No decant. Day one was amazing, day 2 lost its luster which tells me drink now. Score based on first day.

Wow, this wine is just delicious. Classic Sonoma Pinot taste runs the gamut on flavors that kept evolving. Really upfront on palat with good acidity and big blue and red fruit. It is just jam packed with flavor. Finish is long with subtle tannin day one but evened out next day. I thought it would be closed or tight but fine to drink now, but think can still improve especially on the finish and will try and hang on to my others.

Wow drinking really nicely right now. Chardonnay really shines through in the blend, somewhat Chablis like. The ribolla gialla also shines through giving a bit of noble rot taste to it. Bright acidity, complex flavors and long finish.

Solid wine great waxy mouthfeel buttery taste with bright acidity long finish. Good but not the best qpr or Dumol chard.

Still some tension in the tannins which I like, but expressive dark fruit and cocoa flavors. If you have multiple drink one now unless you really want it unwound.

The Chardonnay apparently escaped the perils of the smoke and fire in Oregon. This is an excellent example my oppinion matches primier cru Mersault.

Day 1 a bit disjointed shows the acidity finishing with oak. Day 2 is a reflection of the score. Deep wine. Smooth velvety texture well balanced with acidity. Flavors of lemon, cream, hazelnut, long finish. I found these improve with age I would wait at least a year I see it getting better and should come together perfectly. One to seek out.

Good wine, flavors of cherry cola, chocolate and raspberry. Chalky, mineral finish with drying tannins. Think it could develop a bit more over a couple years.

This is an outstanding wine. Huge depth of flavor and length. This wine is not in your face but has an elegance throughout. Drank next to a Meursault which is an apt comparison. probably could be better in another year or 2.

Great cloud like feel on the mouth. Strongly oaked, very upfront in the taste a bit short finished oak and vanilla shine throughout.

Drinking nicely but should be fine for ageing. Tasty wine with dark cherry notes, but the dominant aspect of this wine is the oak; toastey flavors of cedar, leather and vanilla. Finishes with dusty oak tannins.

Drank over 2 days. Didn’t seem to show that well for me. Day 1. Grape juice black pepper, chalky finish not complex. Changed day 2 seemed more depth in flavor with the chalk still there and a bit grippy.

Smooth, fined wine that has the Russian river characteristics of cherry cola and spice but in a Burgundian style. Not overlyinteresting or deep but good. Mineral and chocolate on the finish.

Smooth palate with some bigger fruit flavors and acidity up front but not over the top wine. Flavors of black cherry, pomegranate and cola with great depth. Long finish with vanilla cedar spice and a bit of chalky minerality. This producer has been consistently reliable to deliver great wine and I will happily keep drinking.

Big wine with smooth tannins but some grip. Fruit forward on the pallet then some earth and cream on the finish. Good wine i usually don’t get along well with young Bordeaux but this one is good now but should improve with age.

This is excellent Chardonnay, oily, expressive and balanced. Threads between elegance and power. Good acidity with flavors of lemon and cream, not overly oakey. This is drinking perfect now and seems (at least my bottle) older than it is I would have guessed 2014. I wouldn’t age long unless have a few bottles.

Excellent wine great depth of flavor good acidity. Tannins are soft and wine is refreshing and bright. Some green notes including mint, and red fruit. Finishes with chalky tannins that linger.

The incredible quality of this producer continues. Great bread, creamy lemon notes but not overly ripe with weighty palate. Should benefit from another couple years in the cellar.

Excellent wine with smooth body, acidity and minerality. The right amount of strawberry fruit and earth flavors, it is a big wine. Dubious about 14% alcohol though.

Very good wine, will snap up if I can find. Reminded me of flavors of a Russian river Pinot with red and dark fruits a dusty chocolate note. This was a bit thinner than a California wine but had great acidity. A fantastic Pinot, and a better qpr than most US pinot.

Day one. The next day really came alive. A great example of Dundee hills with classic cherry tastes and mouthwatering finish. My opinion one of the best Oregon winemakers. Always spot on with the appellations they produce, real sense of place.

Thin, cherry candy with some minerality. Some sips ok tasting. Drank over two days, both times seem to be in and out of giving me anything good on the palate. Probably past prime drinking window.

All around fun wine and different. Stood up well to grilled chicken and vegetables but also great on it’s own. Heavy pineapple on nose and palate, big new world Chardonnay tastes of butter, lemon and oak. High aromatics with a continual clashing of refreshing, lingering flavors that were evolving with the chard and oak flavors. Delicious, refreshing and complex; well worth it.

Has nice mouthfeel and smooth. Good acidity, that stood up well to a ribeye. Flavors of blackberry, coffee and earth, with minerality and some drying tannins on the finish. Overall good wine but found a bit thin or watered down. Would consider trying again or a different vintage.

Silky structure, not an overly powerful or fruit forward wine. Good tart acidity, cherry, cola and spice. Classic Santa Barbara Pinot smell. Great tasting wine and the only reason it does not score better is the finish drops off quickly.
