    9/16/14, 2:26 PM - So far I'm 2 clean, 2 brett bomb. When clean it's a fantastic pinot.

9/16/14, 2:46 PM - Never found brett in any other Rhys bottles. I'm a big fan, but mostly save the single vineyard stuff for the long haul, but thought the brett issue was a good reason to dig into early on these as I had 6 or more. This wine was in a good place, I'd say go ahead and drink, just give it some air.

Black, oak, coffee, jam nose. Confected black fruit, cotton candy, acrid, bitter oak tannin. Repulsive without food and barely tolerable with it. I wouldn't buy this for any amount of money and after tasting through these closeouts, I can see why the label dissolved.

1/3/13, 1:44 PM - The label dissolved because the owner needed to take full time parenting duties over after his kids mom died, nothing to do with the wine being good or bad.
