Lemon. Butter. Nutmeg. And acid to balance it out. Taste like a cool climate chard from Ontario.

4/24/21, 6:42 PM - Niagara - Hidden bench any of them, Tete du cuvée specifically. Also consistently good is Tawse. Lots of options. From pec I would suggest closson chase or norman Hardie.
