I was a bit disappointed with this. I usually like Malbec in a blend, but it didn’t seem to work well in this case.

A bit disappointed with this one. Normally I like a lot of what calcareous puts out. This one was a bit harsh and had an edge to it. Not very well balanced acidic and not very full body.

Put wine in a decanter for about an hour before we drank it. A wonderful aromatic nose of red fruit. Strawberries raspberries And licorice. Full bodied and balanced . Drinkable now! Excellent long finish.

The 2011 Pinot needs to be consumed now. It is best to decanter for a while. Some sediment in bottle. Nice pink rim, strawberries and raspberries with a very fragrant nose. Hi alcohol. Complex for a Pinot with a long finish.
Red
A good go to cab. Bold and balanced both in fruitiness and tannins. A good pairing with a steak.
Red
Red and dark red fruit. Med bodied with med tannins and acid. Good with red meet.
Red
Low acid, medium tannins .A full bodied red with dark ripe red fruit notes. Fruit forward. Some vanilla and cherry. Long lingering finish. Ready to drink right out of the bottle.
Red
Full-bodied. Complex. Ripe red fruit with jammy notes balanced with vanilla and spice. High acid means it can age for many years.
