Stunted then Stunning. Decanted for 2 hours. A bit flat. Wine woke up and become phenomenally well integrated and got more lively over then next 90 minutes.
The wine looks brick colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It tastes like raisin, mushroom, dust, light toast, bark, black pepper and sherry. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

Funny but I had the polar opposite of JOJ. Last bottle of 12 and I cant decide if I should be sorry I waited or just had a bad variation. The wine took my breath away literally. I expected that the fruit would come through with time, but the tannic finish dominated and the mid palette had no subtlety.

Oops. This wine passed its prime. The fruit is now totally absent. And the finish is like a fine salad dressing.
