December 12, 2019 - Deep oak. Moody sweetness like Brandy. Aged honey.

April 27, 2019 - Good fill level, cork came out in good condition.
Kept upright for last 3 weeks.
Not decanted, as the wine came across a little tired. Showing mostly acidity and tannins at this point with just a hint of the tar and roses.
    Slightly disappointing.

September 29, 2016 - Stood upright for 2-3 weeks and double decanted for sediment. The nose is different than the burgs and cllearly Nebbiolo on the nose. On the palate though, a bit more similar with brown sugar notes along with some leather, black olives, and autumnal leaves. Drinking very nicely now.

September 2, 2016 - Decanted and started consuming. This wine just kept getting better and better in the glass. Stunning aromas of dark cherries, dried rose petals, balsamic. Very smooth and long. A wow wine indeed.
