Singing. Secondary characters just ever so slightly becoming apparent. Love this juice. What value.

Hitting its straps now. Full of delicate, ripe fruit. Great stuff, feels in the zone.

Length is fantastic, really enjoying this. The citrus is in nice balance but when that backs off a touch this will be an absolute cracker. Glad I have a few more to put away. Bargain. Will go again in 12-18m.

Wow, what a wine, so good. Pop and pour and sensational. Beautiful soft mouthfeel, violets, red berries, soft tannins, wonderful length. Purchased day 1 on initial release, I’ll be keeping a close eye if anymore gets released.

Still a baby but drinking well, especially after a few hours in the decanter, have a few left, will try again 18m+

Took a bit of time and temperature (closer to room temp) to open up. Can’t help but be disappointed with this, expectations were very high. I have another and it’ll be left for a few years. If you were tempted to open soon then I would dump into decanter to get some air through it.

This took me a little by surprise tonight, last time I tried there was still too much acid for me but this is now mellowing with nice fruit/acid balance coming through. Quite enjoyable. One more left and I’ll give it another year.

This is sensational. Such balance, whilst is drinking well now will try and leave remaining couple of bottles for a couple of years.

Cannot fault this wine for the price point. Drinking well, lots of up front fruit, acidity still there and for my tastes (being super critical) if the acidity backed off just a touch this would elevate even further. If I had any more I would of liked to give it another year but not to be.
(Edit) day after I got the small reduction in acid I was after, delightful. Stored in fridge overnight under vac seal.

Lovely wine for the price, drinking well, a few more in stock and no worries about leaving longer. Acidic line still in there but coming into balance nicely.

Lovely wine for the price, great mouthfeel, red fruits, nice balance. Don’t be afraid of a good decant, was lovely day 2, albeit under vac pump.

Appreciate this was opened young but wow, lovely, only a touch youthful for me. Really approachable, dark fruits, touch of smokey oak balanced well with a little youthful freshness and integrated tannins.
Am sure will go for years to come but if you opened now you will not be disappointed.

Not doing it for me yet. Has potential. Hints of fruit but suppressed. Grippy tannins. Decent length.
Edit after 2 to 3 hours. Changed score from 90 to 92, opened up nicely.

Nice wine, gave 4 hours in the decanter and was drinking really well. Had the remainder 24 hours later and did not notice the wine falling away at all.

Wow, wasn’t expecting this. Is singing, incredible nose, those secondary fruity characteristics to the fore. Is as good as it gets for a 30 dollar wine.
4 hours in decanter, didn’t try when pouring into decanter unfortunately, wished I had now.

Amazing, as expected.
Mate summed this up well, like being slapped in the face then hugged. The slap in the face is the acid line running through this wine and the hugs are all about the richness providing wonderful balance. It’s such a great wine.
Plenty of time left on this but amazing right now.

Approaching drinking window for me, don’t plan on leaving my others too much longer, good decant, 8 hours and very good drinking.

Picked up CD (April 2021) as part of museum release. Wine of the day by a distance. Smack bang in the middle of the drinking window (for me) right now. Great wine.

Huge score for me, this is good juice. Really good. If I pulled this from my cellar in 10 years time I would be saying I have hit this wine in the sweet spot. So well balanced, delicate yet elegant. So well is this drinking I am now confused as to hold or drink my remaining.
Not a bad problem to have.....

Just yum. Everything I was expecting, beautifully balanced, lovely length. There is just enough acidity there to make me think it'll keep going for another few years but this is exactly how I like my chards. I have one more and ill be cracking this year.

This is all class. Picked up at 21 AUD and is an absolute steal. I love the length, supressed oak but just enough for me to pull it through. Enough of a gentle acid line to make me want to keep my remaining 5 for a little while yet. Drinking beautifully though.

Coming good. Had one a year ago and was not impressed. Simply needed time. Fruit forward now, wasn't before and quite enjoyable. 1 left, I'll give it another year.

Really nice wine, cellar door only when I bought it. Very much in the Chablis style, good acid line at the back end suggesting to me had a good few years left. Should of bought more to see how this evolves.

Way too young but super smooth, fruit held back a touch if I was being critical but hey, it only has 3 years under its belt...
Solid wine as you would expect.

Drank well....
Slight harshness on the finish that disappeared pretty quickly. Well rounded, acid line still present to balance out. If I had any more I would be keen to try again in 1-2 years.

Fresh. On the nose you can 'just' tell its aged but super silky, raspberries predominantly for me and super length.
What a treat.

Next one will be full decant from the morning.

Great drop for an everyday drinking wine. Quite light as you would expect from WA fruit (Shiraz) with amazing unmistakable Grenache nose with cherry and berries prominent for me.
Great value for money, as is all of flowstone wines.
I had a recent tasting with the winemaker a few weeks back and he is producing some great wines.

Solid wine. Years to go be fair, the quality is clearly there but still a touch restrained. I have a few and was interested to see how it was going. Tasting notes suggest juicy and slighty dusty, i definately get that. Enoying the wine and will check on another one in 18m or so.

The izway team can do no wrong in my eyes.

Was good, unfortunately it went up against an art series, a Holyman and a lethbridge Allegra and didn’t stand up.
Drunk in isolation would of been good, good fruit balance, decent length.... a nice wine, would I pay 80 bucks for it again, I don’t think so, I would rather pay the extra couple of bucks for the art series every day of the week.
