Inky Black, Cassis and wood notes on the nose, A fruit bomb full of ripe blackberries and Black Cherries, background notes of wood and maybe a little leather, a lot of residual sugar, and drying tannins at the the end, short finish, maybe a little bitterness after a few seconds. Nice but one for the primitivo fans.

Berry Bomb, pure Redcurrant and Cranberries, Little or no tannins to speak of, great turn of fruity acidity makes it lively and very refreshing, great Summer red wine. not overly complex but fun to drink all the same..

Can only agree with previous comments, baby condrieu, with surprisingly good acidity

Deep concentrated Blackcurrants, ever so slight notes of tobacco and wood, moderate tannins and lively acidity will help it improve even more. lovely cab-sauv at a great price. My other 3 bottles can wait for another two years at least.

Can only confer with " Stelvinator" lacking body and somewhat watered down in taste. but perfectly acceptable for the price of 8 Euros.
I cannot see any aging potential in this wine.

Golden almost viscous in texture, approaching a dessert wine in sweetness, it is just missing a tiny bit of acidity to make it fly, the nose is all minerals and straw, the taste is Green Apple skins, hay, Honey, lemon rinds and flint, very enjoyable with at least 4-5 years left in it. Do not serve to cold as it will just taste flabby. as it warms the citrus background awakens in the glass, loved it.

Way too Much oak, completely killing the subtleties of this wine.
Shame.

A delicate yet complex Chardonnay, definitely following the Burgundy style at a fraction of the price.
The 3 bottles I have opened have all suffered from a light sulphuric stink upon opening that clears after ten minutes or so.
What you are left with is a delight to drink, red apples, canteloup melon, honeysuckle with just a little toast . Although not the longest aftertaste on offer, certainly much much better than other similarly priced wines.
A very accomplished wine for a very good price, with a few years of potential storage, although aging will bring no improvement.
Thumbs up

Take this wine for what it is, an everyday Chardonnay, just don't search for a religious experience, as it just not there.
It is a fat, smoky, slightly fruity (unidentifiable fruit) California Chardonnay.
There is just enough of everything in it to make it Pleasant wine, but not enough of anything to create an "aaahhh" moment.
It has become our go to White Wine, for when you just fancy a glass on a warm evening and for that purpose it is simply perfect.

My first thought was that somebody dropped some sugar in the glass for a joke, the itself has everything you expect from an entry level California Chardonnay, oak, Fruit etc, but there is way to much residual sugar that almost has this artificial sweetener taste to it. i was happy to pour the last half down the sink.

Cracking value for money @ 8.95 Euros
The longer it sits in the glass the sweeter it tastes, luckily counterbalanced with tannins, fruit and a little woodsmoke. Well worth trying.
This wine will not improve through cellaring and is good to go.

Would go very well with smoked Salmon, asparagus, salads and simple grilled white meats.
The wine itself is more than a sterotypical rosé, it remains very hard for me to truly appreciate or score as I seem to have an aversion to the whole Rosé scene.

Fruity Mineral like Burgundy Chard with medium acidity and low residual sugar.
All ok but not in anyway a mind-blowing experience.
No wow factor

Can only confer with the last few reviews, it is good, very good in fact, but it is ready to drink now and not later. Great fruit & acidity but very low tannins.
If this is a 94+ PP then I have a 99+ wine collection....

As far removed from rustical as you could get for the price
Decanted for 6 hours, once the alcohol vapours were clear, the nose offered lots of ripe berries, particularly sweet cherries, oak and a rich dark tobacco.
Upon drinking wow, amarena cherries, blueberries, tobacco, horse saddle leather, with the second wave consisting of green peppercorns, raisins, spices , the end although not long was full of bitter almonds and aged balsamico.
Very very impressive for the price
Easy to drink on its own, would go brilliant with grilled white meats, rich pasta, cheeses .
See no need for ageing. This is buy to drink, tannins are already soft, subtle and in the background.

Big fat oaky smoky Chardonnay, typical of the new world wide winemakers. Bouquet of oak, vanilla, soft fruits, mouthful of exactly the same, it is not a complex wine in anyway, it also does not last long in the mouth...
But for the price it is really ok, I have drunk many worse wines for a lot more money.
P.s the wife loves it.

White Peach, Violetts, a tiny hint of apple blossom, some marzipan or bitter almond in the quite long aftertaste. We like. Very impressive @ 8 € from Monsieur Latour. Will definitely buy again.

Drink now, this beauty is at the moment of perfection and close to fading, a deep rust coloured bottle of Burgundy perfection. The nose is forest fruits in abundance, the taste is sublime of wild strawberries and old horse saddle leather which linger forever. A real beauty....to be recommended, but fourteen years is the absolute limit. Will look for this wine from this negociant again...

Totally not what I expected from this Bourgogne Aligote. Just enough sugar left over to counter act the acidity. Nose full of sour apples and hay, taste of apple skins, gooseberries and a tiny tiny hint of vanilla.... Lovely summer wine.
Definitely not for dry white drinkers, but no need to make a kir, everybody else should go for it....can be found for about 7-8 Euros a bottle on a well known internet auction site

Steely, Acidic, but lacking the minerals and oils and residual sweetness of a good Baden Riesling.
Was very Disappointing, considering it is made only thirty miles away from his Alsatian efforts.
Am afraid cannot recommend, good for a buerre blanc though

It is going to be a cracking wine, but not yet.
Underneath the Thick, heavy tannins are layers of rich tobacco, Plums, Blueberries and a little Cocoa, just need to scrape my tongue clean though, leave for at least 3+ years for a great wine

As a basic entry Bourgogne, I did not have the highest expectations, virtually no bouquet.
Upon tasting it was just a ton of berries, we were quite shocked at the intensity of it. Considering it only cost 5 Euros a bottle, it is the perfect summer Red wine and I can heartily recommend it for that purpose.
If you are looking for a spiritual moment, then look somewhere else.

An explosion of flavours, berries, leather, smoke, pink peppercorns, a little mint, still has good tannins . A stunning Shiraz, not so cooked as the Aussies make. If you can find it then buy it. Shit we only have one left.

Need to check your drinking window, this one has some legs on it still.

Served with caramel apple tart.
Beautiful deep yellow colours, slightly sweet but with a contrasting acidity.
Maybe getting a little old now but still very drinkable.
Would buy again when it comes up.

Served with Roquefort creme, marinated pears and bread, a perfect combination, deep rich wine with enough acidity to keep it fun to drink, became a lively fruity wine in combination with the salty blue cheese.
All the guests looked shocked when I served this, but after 10 minutes wanted to know where they could buy it....
Can recommend and will buy again.
Would be very interesting to try an aged version

Spiced macerated plums. Very low tannins and acidity, not much depth to the wine.
After two hours the tannins are more apparent but wine has not opened up.
No wow factor.
After three hours the wine has really opened up with more fruit & oak coming to the fore, much more lively and a pleasure to drink.
A strange one this wine....just give it at least two hours before drinking.
