This wine needs air. Opened up a 1L bottle and it took about 1 hour to blossom into a very complex and expressive wine.

Still super tight. Wouldn’t touch for at least 5 more years. But you can tell the structure and core of this wine is going to be killer once integrated.

Drank over the course of our meal of 2.5 hours - just began to open at the end of dinner. Soft fruit, can tell where the wine is headed, but could definitely age for several more years. Developed a bit of a bitter chocolate finish.
