Pale orange colour. Ethereal nose of orange blossom and acids. In mouth frizzantino but very very lightly so. Beautiful acidity and an extra-light, silky, sparkly slide down. Wow. A fairy wine.
Rosé
Tart, delicious red fruit on the nose. In the mouth a watering acidity with crunchy red fruit and considerable warmth. Like a complex red fruit lollipop on the finish complemented by a touch of bitterness. Very pleasing and very Capri.
Red
Light, candyish wild strawberries and a lick of cherry in the telltale vinegar soup. Extremely light body and rose colour. Zingy acidity tempered by bitter tannins with a gentle wash of red fruit. All very fun and drinkable. The perfect accompaniment to a tart salad and well made sandwich.
Red
Had this with a plate of seasonal mushrooms at Ganbara in San Sebastian on a freezing day. An exceedingly fine perfume. Bordeauxy, velvety, floral, hint of caramel on the nose. Finely grained tannins that ping the inside of your cheeks. Refined and smooth with a gentle tartness and beautifully integrated fruit and minerality. Long finish. I loved it. The mushrooms and warmth made it doubly fantastic.
Red
Round tannins. Opens very fruity but not aggressively so. A nice balanced composition. Was enjoying this "new world cab" taste as a novelty until it became syrupy sweet midway through the first glass. The zero earth/sense of terroir and all fruit new world style got to me. Heavy and hard to finish second glass. I respect that it was well constructed and I guess this is the style of Napa Cab but this is a wine made for a table of investment bankers expensing steakhouse dinners. There is no story here, just a lot of assertion. Definitely not my cup of tea.

On the nose a whiff of barnyard and fresh goat cheese. This blows off. First sip is modest and narrow. Immediately after the wine explodes into juicy fruit and mouthwatering acidity. I have "tasty tasty tasty" written on my phone. I've bought this countless times and am always impressed by the quality and drinkability. Have it with fresh goat cheese covered in peppercorns and crackers. It really amplifies the flavour.

Oddly clean and herbal on the nose. Cloudy. Mild, watery, fresh, candy. It's one of those wines that are light and thirst-quenching but not as simple as they seem. There is something more and it calls you back again and again.
Red
100% clear, powerful incense/nutmeg/spice cupboard on the nose. Medium body with gentle nuance that is unexpected following the strong nose. An old soul and with the colour to match. Unique and enjoyable.
Red
Mild powder and popcorn+bubblegum on the nose. Barely noticeable tannins which was crazy considering how young it was. Same weight as pinot noir. Lively red fruit. Delicious. Definitely worth cellaring a few to experience its evolution.
White
Lemon, salt, acid and slight oxidative note on nose. In mouth quite round, big and enveloping. Then a big "pan" of acid rises from the bottom of the mouth, enlivening the warmth with crackling electricity. Quite a master of itself, this wine. Runs the show with rigor, and on its own time.

Juicy and open on the nose with a ... peaty note? Nice sparky tannins, gummy strawberry jellies, crunchy red fruit. Open juicy taste with lovely structure. Well made. Casual, easy, delicious.

On the nose lush flora, with a deep nuttiness and hint of honey. In mouth immediately a bracing minerality and mouthwatering (but completely integrated) acidity. An enveloping warmth that expands as your glass warms. Long, smooth finish. If any wine could be described as "benevolent", it's this one. Extravagant and refined. A true slice of Campania.

Intriguing nose of singed popcorn! This is one of the most mind-bending and wonderful wines i've ever had the pleasure to drink. I've had two bottles so far and my second experience saw the wine blossom even more and only deepened my love for it. The following is a review of my first bottle:

In the mouth a light acidity arrives immediately. In fact, this entire wine is an exercise in weightlessness. If it has any (yellow and white) fruit, they are aerosolized fruit and secondary. This is not a fruit forward wine. It is all cool, lithe restraint with a smoky depth to it that is once again, weightless like the last wisps from an extinguished flame. The smoke isn't the type of meaty, dense smokiness found in Mourvedre. Everything abut it is wispy, enigmatic, elegant, ephemeral. Long finish. Pure joy. It is wines like these that make an enthusiast! Highly recommended.
