Drank from bottle at 2 am in the morning, after some big fellows including a 01 Chapelle d'Ausone.

This wine is a necessary dessert, with cleaner and leaner body to give you a breathe away from the fat guys. Drink with no airing - tropical fruit, some lemon, and lime that pulls you to the Angel falls from the metropolitan first class dinning hall (the Chapelle d'Ausone really feels like a feast in an elegant dinning hall).

Clear ruby color, very nice under the light of candle. Strange enough, though tonight is quite windy, the nose of light fruit and black currants can still be smelt from 4 feet away.

30 minutes later, cedar and floral perfume flushed into my nose.Clear and structured body in the mouth, which is not as lean as the beginning. Astonishing aftertaste, very dry, but lingered for 15+ second! You would never have enough of this!!
