Second night open - winier - still balanced but more concentrated, dense, not quite as lively - not as good on back of tongue, but stronger on lips and front of mouth - just as good as first night, but different

Had at home with Robert and Kirsten. Perfectly good - pretty smooth and rich - but a bit lackluster, all the elements were there but it wasn’t very lively. Probably just past peak.

Really good - smooth and fruity (as per other reviews) but my bottle still had good structure and decent acid and tannins - therefore not just a “fruit bomb.” Inky backbone of petit verdot still vigorous, mature, only slightly over the hill - might have been a bit better a year or two ago, maybe not.

Way over the hill - pewy to start - BUT swirl it a bit and it clears - lots of fruit, still over the hill but drinkable and interesting

Very smooth, flavorful, rich - drinkable right away, not too overpowering
Doesn’t taste like 14.6 - probably lower
Not as much tannin or acid as I had expected - might not last long after all
