Color: medium ruby. Intensity: medium +. On the nose: black and red cherries, ripe strawberry, blueberries, violet. Oak flavors are well integrated. Hint of leather and mushroom but still a wine in its early stage. On the palate: similar notes as the notes but also a hint of savoury notes and earth. Can feel some minerality. Body: medium. Acidity: medium +/high. Alcohol: high (but not overpowering). Tannins: medium to medium +, ripe and with good grip. Finish: medium +.
White - Sparkling
PnP, tasted in a Zalto Burgundy glass. Gold in color. Medium + intensity. Apricot, apples, honey, almonds, sweet pineapple and bread/toast notes on the nose. Medium acidity. Orange/zesty note on the palate. Fruit flavour is less pronounced on the palate than the nose.

Medium Garnet color. On the nose: cherries, plum, blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, coffee, cedar. Acidity is medium +, tannins are medium, very riped and rounded. On the palate: blackberry, coffee and chocolate are more prominent. Finish is medium +. Well structured wine that is very consistent from front to mid to back palate. Can drink now

Ruby/Garnet color. Colour starting to see some maturity visually. Had some sediment. Extremely tight on both nose and palate at the beginning, we decided to decant and after jalf am hour it started to open up. Tasting now after one hour of decanting. On the nose sour cherries, strawberries, some backberry, some coffee/chocolate and some tertiary notes starting to develop. Fruit is on the darker fruit side for Pinot Noir.

High acidity, medium - tannins (but tannin is quite riped and soft). The tertiary notes are more prominent on the palate along with spices. Very straightforward, not shy at all. It has a good finish, medium +.

That said, it has some litlle bitterness at the very end of the finish (not very obvious).

Medium ruby in color. On the nose: Medium + intensity with strawberry, cherry, raspberry, blueberry, chocolate, tobacco, smoke, coffee, gamey notes. On the palate: the wine is dry, with a medium + acidity, medium alcool, medium - tannins which is quite ripe and round, but a little dusty. Medium intensity on the palate, sour cherries, chocolate, coffee. Finish is medium. Overall the nose is a bit more attractive than the palate.

Color: medium Garnet. On the nose: medium + intensity with red cherries, redcurrant, plums, blueberry, blackcurrant, black berries, vanilla, clove, leather, some mushroom. On the palate: round but high acidity, velvety tannins, similar flavors as the nose but with tertiary flavors more intense; medium + to long finish.

Gold in color. Alcool medium. Body medium. Acidity medium +. On the nose: honey, ripe mango, dry pineapple, orange blossom, tangerine peel, very riped lychee, hint of lavander. On the palate: similar to the nose but orange peel overpower the rest. Acidity very consistent/precise.

Colore oro. Alcol medio. Corpo medio. Acidità medio +. Al naso note di miele, mango, ananas, fiore d'arancio, buccia di mandarino, litchi, lavanda. Al palato simile alle se sazio descritte precedentemente ma la buccia d'arancia/mandarino sopraffà gli altri sapori. Acidità molto consistente/precisa.

Need to decant 45 to 60 minutes. Color: Garnet. On the nose: leather notes, tobacco, coffee, dry cherries, blueberry & redberry jam, dry orange peels, violet, orange blossom, candy fruit on the last glass. On the palate: red berries, cedar, sour cherries, blueberries at the back of the palate and a tinge of zest at the end. Acidity is medium +. Body started out medium - and with time evolved to medium.

Da decantare per almeno 45/60 minuti. Colore: Granato. Al naso: cuoio, tabacco, caffè, ciliegie, marmellata di mirtillo e bacche rosse, buccia d'arancia secca, viola, fiore d'arancio, canditi all'ultimo bicchiere. Sul palato: bacche rosse, cedro, ciliegie, mirtillo e una sfumatura di scorza alla fine. Acidità media +. Corpo medio - con evoluzione a medio.

Medium gold color. Very refined bubbles. On the nose: honey, honeysuckle floral notes, pronounced brioche, baked apple, dry apricot. On the palate: orange peel, honey, baked apple. Body medium +. Medium finish. Medium acidity. Good to drink now.

Colore oro, quasi arancione. Bolle molte piccole. Al naso sensazioni di miele, caprifoglio, brioche, mela cotta al forno, albicocca secca. Al palato sensazioni di scorza d'arancia, miele, mele cotte al forno. Corpo medio/pieno. Finale di media durata. Media acidità. Probabilmente ha raggiunto il suo picco, da bere adesso
