First 60 minutes this puppy was tight/tannic. Really no fruit showing. Wifey and I left it alone for 45 minutes. After that it was pretty good. Got the Petite Sirah and Tannat flavors. Decant at least 90 minutes is the lesson.

Wow! Thyme and super ripe berry on the nose. So smooth going down. Perfect.

This thing rocks. Current. Cherry. Red fruits. Can’t narrow it. It’s just lip smacking good.

Decanted about an hour. Great structure. Full body. Slightly earthy. Blue fruits. Reminded me of a more expensive Sondraia.
Red
Wow. Didn’t expect this. Wanted to try. Thought would be heavy winter wine. Sensational. Summer night. Fruit. Body. Crave more.
Red
Totally surprising. A merlot that actually fits the definition of a merlot. Soft. Plump. Berry. Just a treat to drink.

This is an awesome wine. Hints of leather and loads of blue/blackberry. Finish is sour cherry. What gets me though is the depth of the wine. Serious heaviness. Love it.

After a crappy day at work. This totally hits the spot. Plays all the right chords.
Rosé
Slightly effervescent. Strawberry. Peach. Medium dry. Nice!

Tight. Tart. Tannic. Way too early to drink. Wifey thought it was a cheap California Cabernet. What!!! ???

Anyway, love Seghesio wines. Believe this needs time.

Got this from Winebid. 3 pack. Good price. Cedar. Cherry. Not overtly green. Blackberry as well. Decanted. Rough edges rounded as the night moved on. Liked it so much, bid on the remaining 3-3 packs. Anyway, nice product. Buy if you can.

Decanted one hour. Had with prime rib. First glass was good. After that fruit was lost. I think I waited 5 years too long to drink this. Such a shame.

Decanted 3 hours and still tight. Had with pasta and meatballs. Better with food. Wait a few years on this puppy.

I bought a case of this a bunch of months ago from WTSO. All I can say is that there is huge bottle variation. Some bottles are really good. Wonderful balance of fruit and tannins. Others just suck. Hard to figure. My last one was a good one. Hope my last bottle is a step above suck.

Too intense to really enjoy. Tannic and harsh. If you have some of these, hold for a few years.

Not your typical zin. Not a fruit bomb, but a restrained nicely balanced wine. A mature product. Really nice.

Way different from a California Cab. Tannic, not a fruit bomb. Earth, mineral, pencil lead. Let this thing breath and open up. First sip was a dissapointment. It took 2 hours to really express itself. Drinking wonderfully now.

Everything you would expect from Quilceda Creek Cabernet. Loads of blackberry, tobacco, pencil lead. Drinking great now, but if you wanted to wait you sure could.

This has become my go to wine. Not sure what to have, how about this. Full bodied, deep flavored. Mild tannins make this wine really approachable.

Good example of a fine California Cab. Tobacco, cherry, meaty. Had with beef stew. The problem is with the price.

Really good Pinot. It was balanced , good fruit and nice acidity. For the price, really nothing to complain about. I'd buy it again.

A fresh crisp wine with excellent balance. Lots of lemon mabe a touch of green apple. Sweet up front but lightly tart on the finish. Quite pleasant. A great summer wine.
