I was "fortunate" to be able to drink this a few weeks ago.
We popped and poured this full bodied, lusciously opulent wine which had hints of graphite, black currant and cocoa on the nose and beautiful floral notes , dark berries and cherries coating your mouth.
Another spectacular Jayson Woodbridge offering.

WOW!

Huge nose of ripe black and red berries. Perfect velvety mouth feel continues from entry to mid palate,
building on spice with a full bodied explosion of powerful sweet fruit that is balanced exceptionally by ripe tannins.
Super long finish....could even be a hundred pointer if comparing to 06 which was RP97.

Almost perfect example of a California Cab. Blueberry, raspberry , cassis and spice box nose. Starts with the taste of caramel topping on creme brulee , then glides effortlessly to blackberries with a full bodied and hedonistic, elegant finish. WOW!

Decanted for @ least an hour, which is almost mandatory with Noon wines. Stunning nose of Swedish Berries candy, raspberry and blackberry. Extremely elegant mouth feel, opulently balanced with a powerful long finish. WOW!

Had this 3 years ago and was blown away then. Tonight it was a notch up.
Super smooth, elegant mouth feel with a chewy mid and a 30+ second finish.
Have 2 bottles left....wish I had more.
up there in quality with my $200 napa bottles.

Let decant for 2 hours. Pleasantly surprised!! Very fruity and smooth with a touch of heat finish. Awesome for the price!

Wow! Just like the review above, I am extremely happy that I opened this up early to gauge it's potential. Probaly the best Eclipse that I have tasted.
Full bodied, pure and seamless with hints of licorice, black berries and vanillia. No hot spots, and an awesome finish! I was lucky to get 2 six packs and I was going to share one of them....but after tasting it last night, I am keeping them all ! :)
Like it says on the bottle, decant for at least 30 minutes prior to drinking.
I think RP will agree and rate this very high!
