A funky "Natural" style wine (unfiltered, cloudy in the glass), tasted more like a sour beer, waxy with good acidity.
White
Great refreshing wine from Campania, good body (med+), good character, good fruit, with great acidity, a must try.
Red
A pleasing, easy to drink fruity Chinon, great for the Pesach seder, highly recomended and fantastic QPR.
Red
Good acidity, good structure, red/black fruits, better than the 19 (had them side by side), some tertiary notes with a pleasing finish.

Red
Dirty, earthy, black fruit galore, a step behind the 20 (had them side by side), but still quite delicious with years ahead.
Red
Unidimensional, unbalanced and super jammy, not for me.
Rosé
A beautiful clean Rose, one of the better ones are there.

Red fruit, high acid, with some salinity and a long finish, real really enjoyable.

Not as complex as other vintages, tropical fruit notes, some green there too.

Simple, easy to drink wine, wish there was more acid there.
Red
This is for the Kosher cuvee (around 3000 bottles produced, aged 30 months in oak).

What a pleasant surprise, Beautiful elegant wine, red fruit spectrum, Mint, licorice, touch of vanilla, high acid, and a long finish.

Really delicious now (with ample breathing time), but can age for a decade plus, will be hard to hold back.
Red
Good not overly complex wine, good acidity, sour cherry, herbal, with some mushrooms and barnyard.

Many people have reported that this wine was dead, but it was not the case here, quite enjoyable and very Italian.

Red
Needed ALOT of time to breathe (12hours+).

At first it tasted like a simple wine with barely any complexity, but after many hours, it opened to a light to medium bodied wine, with good grip, floral notes, and nice complexity.

I would very much drink this again with many many hours of breathing.
Red
Past peak, most of the fruit is gone, just some slight tertiary notes, but definitely DRINK UP
Red
2015 Château Fayat Pomerol Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Vey new world in style, with air it became completely overly jammy, not my thing.
86-87
Red
Pleasantly surprised with this bottle, still very young and super tannic, but with great fruit, great body.

I would wait a year or so for the tannins to settle, but it feels more like a drink soon wine than for the ages, yet delicious.

Surprised by this, still quite young, but was oaky and super extracted, felt more like a Parker style Californian wine.

I would wait for the oak to intergrate better, but too extracted for me at this juncture.
Red
2000 Château Le Crock Kosher St. Estèphe Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Not as good as the previous bottle Ive had, this bottle seemed over the hill vs the last one, fully intergrated, tertiary galore.

90-91

Drink now/up.

Red
Super jam, boozy, over the top, oak monster.

Quite unfortunate as the 17 is that much better, lets see if it gets better with time, but doubtful.

87-88
Red
Tasted from a magnum, still quite youthful with good acifity, red/blue fruits gallore and jammy.

WOW!

This bottle is just incredible, the aromas are off the chart, floral, smoke, red fruit spectrum, anise, I can sniff this all day.
The palate, layered, fully intergrated, with beautiful structure and an amazing backbone of acidity, mile long finishg, again WOW!

Holding for now, but its definitely a drink now/soon wine, as its so good why wait?

A rather one dimensional fruit forward wine, definitely aint worth the price tag (in the US).

No reason to age this any further, as this is the second bottle that is tasting like it’s on the way out, definitely some funk in there.
I don’t think this will develop anything else.

In its drinking window, delicious now and even better after a few minutes of air.
Do note to drink the wine at lower cellar temp (58-60), as the wine is high in alcohol (15.5), but at the correct temperature it really is a stunner.
Intergrated velvety tannins, deep and layered core of blue and red fruits, with a beautiful and long finish.
Highly recommended 93+

Tertiary gallore, Intergrated fruits, Smoke, Tobacco, Forest floor, Gamey.
At peak, but I wouldn't hold longer, started to fall apart as the night went on.
Great stuff, 92+

Decent wine, on the simpler side, after a decade it has definitely improved, but would have loved to see more concentration on this.
Good now and probably will stay good for the next 2-4 years depending on storage.
Red
Good wine, good intergration after a decade, a tad boozy so the wine is not super balanced, good sipper nonetheless.
90-91
Red
Great wine, great structure, good fruit, good concentration, a sliver boozy but still a delicious sipper.
91-92
Red
Not much complexity, decent fruity wine, the price tag on this is delusional.
Red
Way too young, not approachable, even after 5h+ of air.

Still very tight, would need to try again in 5+ years.

At peak and holding (at lease this bottle), tertiary with intergrated tannins, not overly complex.
Red
Big oak, good fruit, very young, to be retried in 5 years+
Red
2019 Clos Lavaud Kosher Lalande de Pomerol Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Started off delicious, smoke, black fruits, tertiary, great balance.

After about an hour, the oak started taking over, and it got a midge unpleasant, I hope this is just bottle variation as the last one was truly delicious.

This is surprising for an israeli wine (in a good way).

Great acidity, good red fruits gallore, with beautiful restraint.

Great job!

Red
2021 Agur Kessem Judean Hills Red Blend (view label images)
Good fresh wine, great acidity, pomegrate pith, red berries, raspberry jam.

I would recomend drinking it more on the chilled side, as once warmed up the jamminess really comes out.

Good stuff!

Oak monster, give it at lease 3 more years to retry, not my cup of tea.

Delicious bottle, varietally on point, Black/blue berries, Black pepeppercorns etc...

Very well made!
Red
2015 La Cape Du Chateau D' Alix Pessac-Léognan Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Another flawed bottle, dates and syrup.
Red
Fully integrated, soft and velvety.

Drink up, but this bottle was better than the last few I’ve had.

Color was full garnet turning on to brown.

Alive for 10 min, with burned rubber, toasted sesame oil, burned oak and red fruit jam spectrum.

Completely fell apart after 10mn, became stewed, lost its acidity and was barely drinkable.

Drink way up if you have any.
Red
2015 Château Peyrat-Fourthon Haut-Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Needs multiple hours of breathing, still youthful with great structure and acidity.

Nice Wine.
Red
2012 Château Serilhan Kosher St. Estèphe Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Still youthful, great structure, lacking a little on the mid palate, needs time.
Red
Big wine, good tannic structure, still feels very young.

91-92
Red
Very young, but with multi hours decant it starts showing its colors.

Great fruit, good structure, good acidity, delicious already.

Had it next to the 15 and I liked this one way more.

Beautiful life ahead.
Red
Very tight and backwards for now, tannic with black fruit galore and spices.
White
2019 Château Malartic-Lagravière Blanc Kosher Pessac-Léognan Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend (view label images)
Great fruit, great acidity, beautiful finish.
Beautiful wine, will develop with time.
Red
Way too young, even after multi hour decant and double decanting.

To be retried in 10 years.
Red
2000 Château Le Crock Kosher St. Estèphe Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Fullly intergrated, full tertiary galore with still beautiful fruit, the finish is somewhat short.

Drink up, if you still have any.
Red
Very young, but with much decanting it comes together, good fruit and tannins, nice finish.

91-92 for now...
Red
Stunning wine, beautifully balanced, intergrated tannins, great acidity and fantastic combination of fruit and some tertiary notes, Wow!

Singing beautifully now with some decanting, but will hold for many years, a must try!
