This wine still has a LOT of life in it. Hold or drink but the fruit was a bit shut down at the moment. Lots of coffee and mocha and soft but dry tannins

Wine has passed its drinking window is on a fast decline. Moments of brilliance still in nose and body but nose mostly filled with over ripe fruit and acid in body has taken over.

Cork in perfect condition. A tad bit of funk on the nose but worked out as bottled opened. Decanted 30 minutes to open it up. Good fruit and structure still. Tannins were soft but present. Rutherford dust in the body and finish. Medium finish. Nice black fruit throughout body and finish

Cab Pfeffer lacks a bit of structure but makes up for it in it's uniqueness and peppery backbone. This wine needs time to open but has opened up a bit in the bottle since release. Best the day after opening if properly stored for the night.

A nice, full bodied wine with a strong Rutherford Cabernet nose. Was a bit green throughout but tannins were soft and drank like a smooth Rutherford Cabernet.

Nice, full, fruit forward nose, great structure, good fruit, and some slight tannins at finish. Good drinking wine. Perfect for BBQ, ribs, steak.
