Removed from the cellar 5 hours prior to drinking. Surprisingly it was wonderful. Truly expected it to be past it's drinking window. The nose was bold enough to garnish that the wine was going to be as good as good as it.
It was! The finish was a little weak. But overall a very enjoyable wine for a Saturday afternoon.

Decanted. Let breath for 1 hr. Didn't expect much but was pleasantly suprised even though it past it's prime. A little austere on the palate and the finish. But wish I had another bottle to see if this were an anomaly.
