June 8, 2021 - Age is not an issue here. Soft, lifted, fresh. Sweetness just not to be dry. Great on its own or with fruity deserts, but you could pair it with spicy food too. Versatile and very good.

February 26, 2021 - Sweet, not enough acidity so it is a little flabby

April 29, 2017 - Okay, I said I was going to wait two years for this last bottle, yup, that lasted almost five months. Not surprisingly nearly identical notes to my prior bottle of December 2016. White peach and green apple on the nose. Medium bodied and very much in balance; there's certainly acidity present but the fruit is dominant. Opened at 49F, warming to 54F and therefore, showed a bit more peach than previously. White peach, green apple and pear upfront, backed with golden apple, orange and acidity bracketed tropical notes. Acidity still lends a good backbone and contributes to the balancing of the fruit. Given where the various elements are today, should continue to integrate, but generally hold this level for several years.
