November 15, 2020 - This was finally gorgeous. Last bottle of 6 and each one got better. IN the early days this was tight, astringent even. Now so gorgeous, loved it with burgers

March 29, 2015 - Beautiful light well matured PN. Improved over 1 day in fridge, very nice with grilled Salmon. Agree with 2 previous reviews

March 1, 2015 - Imagine my surprise when pulling this from the refrigerator and pouring what I thought was a nice Sancerre SB. Guess one shouldn't buy wine in a poorly lit wine shop where it wasn't obvious (to me...) that this was red... So, after letting the glass warm up for a while and shifting my expectations from SB to PN, here I am with a pleasant surprise. Nose of cherry, barnyard, forest floor, spice. On the palate, cherry, pomegranate, cranberry, earth. Medium body, high acidity, low tannin, medium+ finish of tart cherry and earth. Compares nicely to a light Burg - e.g., Marsannay or Morey St. Denis. Very enjoyable.

November 14, 2014 - Asked at the wine store for something with great aromatics that could just be enjoyed on its own. This bottle delivered. Dark cherry and wonderful earthy, herbaceousness on the nose. The minerality, acidity, and fruit are all in harmony with one another. Loved this bottle, as did the wife (which was unexpected).
