    July 15, 2021 - Nose: violet, nuts, licorice, spice
    Notes: this is probably my third bottle of PV 1989, the bottle was in great condition and color was great. It seems like there are quite a few years ahead of this wine but it's drinking really well now. I would've hoped for a bit more fruits on the nose though.

    February 7, 2017 - Typique d'un vieux vin. Des arômes de truffes, cuir, cassis et de fruits mûrs. On voit l'évolution sur le point de vue visuelle. Les tannins sont bien fondus et on perçoit encore une légère acidité. La finale est de bonne longueur. Bref, un bon vin qui est sans doute prêt à boire.

    December 1, 2016 - Bordal chez DZ :Bordeaux (Margaux, Montrose, Latour...) (Plan-les-Ouates): Belle surprise! Robe grenat foncé, peu de traces d'évolution.
    Au nez, toutefois, le vin fait son âge avec ses arômes immédiats sur l'expresso, la pâte d'amandes, de sous-bois.
    La bouche est très agréable, soyeuse, douce, encore bien équilibrée.
    A point.
