Off-dry, medium-medium(+) fresh acidity, medium body and low alcohol. Medium ripe flavors of mango, guava, ripe yellow apples, mineral notes, shale. Excellent length with crisp fresh finish, moutwatering refined acidity balanced fruit palate.

December 29, 2014 - Took this party to a party over the weekend. Very nice bottle. Not as good as the 94 points which WS gave it but for $24 this was a great deal and pretty darn close to that quality. Light yellow color. No spritz or petrol notes. Appropriate sweetness for a spatlese. Notes of slate, peaches and kiwi. A smooth texture with a round finish. 92 points.

June 14, 2014 - No notes taken. Aromas of peach, mango, lemon, spice and petrole notes. Off-dry-half sweet, medium acidity, medium body and low alcohol. Flavors of luscious tropical fruit, citrus, spices and slate are offset by delicate acidity, rich unctuous texture. A deep wine without ever being too serious. Beautiful balance and long finish make this top; buy more.
