February 7, 2021 - Beautiful salmon color with a fruity nose, discreet however, lively effervescence.

The palate is quite raw, with a material that whips up the palate, not to say shattering. It is still quite compact although we feel that it can have amplitude. But for that it would have to be untied, but there is an imbalance between a lively effervescence and a material that is still too tight. A little narrow in the mouth despite a nice acid frame, we find the whole narrow in the end which makes one say "it could be better, but when?".

February 22, 2019 - 22 Top Flight Champagne's for E&R's 20th Anniversary (E&R Wine Shop, Portland OR): Sweet, intense aroma, showing lovely candied red fruits. Beautiful and full in its expression on the nose. So elegant and beautiful... the most incredible aroma of the Rosés. Lovely depth on the palate as well, showing a beautiful, soft complexion and an elegant, smooth mouthfeel. Killer intensity that just continues to evolve as you move it around the mouth. Very unique and wonderful intensity despite the lovely, soft, caressing texture. All of this carries into the wonderful, long, beautiful finish. Very lovely juice.

February 23, 2018 - Gir lite nå, men man kjenner det er en massiv vin. Kompleks med søte jordbær på nesen og søte epler i munn. Seriøs vin som trenger tid.

January 5, 2017 - Mostly Champagne at Andy's Thai Kitchen (Chicago, IL): A brutish and young Champagne. Full nose is burly and non-delineated with powerful apple fruit and biscuit (no real rose/red fruit notes at all). Palate is also burly and angular. A substantial wine that is providing much pleasure now and seemingly in need of lots of time.
