  August 18, 2016 - “The Faces of Chardonnay”, Flight 7, Wine 1: Screw cap. The wine offered apple, nuts and plenty of oak on the nose and palate, with medium-level acidity and good length. A medium- to full-bodied, very oaky interpretation of Chardonnay, with very little fruit. Lacks character.

  October 12, 2014 - Had it for Thanksgiving: traditional turkey dinner with vegetarian stuffing, etc. - not over-seasoned so the Bonterra was a nice pairing.
