  October 16, 2015 - Fantastic; better after aerating for 30 minutes; deep red, almost black, color, blackberry hints, not chalky or tart, slight flower scent.

  January 2, 2013 - Perfect provenance.
  No notes taken.
  Decanted 1 hr.
  Moderate sediment. Perfect cork.
  
  Consumed over 3 days.
  
  Dark purple young boy. Decent body 2.5% milk.
  
  Nice mint, eucalyptus, black olive, large food tannins, vanilla, and Very nice milk chocolate on day 3. About a 40 second finish.
  
  Decent Paso Robles style, but for my taste she is still young.
  I recommend give her ideally 3 more years. If I had to pop another now, then I would decant 3 hrs and pair with tannic food (a lamb roast with mint and thyme would probably be rock-on).

  December 20, 2012 - Very jammy tasting. Figured it would have been softer being a 2007 with the fruit and flavors more blended together.

  July 20, 2012 - Amazing wine. VERY rich and bold with lots of dark fruit flavors and dark chocolate. Excellent with steak. Highly recommend.
