August 2, 2013 - Waxy soft apples and pears. Doesn't have the citrus of the 01 but has a rounder profile of fruit. Accompanied by flavors you can only pick up on well aged white burgundy, with that light honey and earth, actually gets almost savory. Really good right now. Took about 2 hours to open up in a decanter.

August 2, 2013 - Fu comes to town: Had with the 01....started out with some antique wax, baked apple, smoke....blew off with a decant...soft and delicate, pure alive fruit with lemon citrus freshness....wonderfully integrated aged character, loaded with crushed stones and earth...dried honey, vanilla......reminded me a little of an aged Chapoutier Ermitage Blanc! Cool stuff!
