  October 7, 2016 - First and only of this for me, as it was a gift from a while back, but I sense this is probably a little past peak at this point. It's still got a medium to deep ruby color to it, however. Nose is a little stuffy right now, but I'm getting some aromas of black cherry and plum, along with a bit of well integrated oak spice and a touch of earthy funk. Medium body, acid, and finish, and similar flavors on the palate, but with slightly out of balance yet not too detrimental spikes of oak and alcohol. Pretty good for what I imagine was a fairly inexpensive bottle.

  January 23, 2013 - Soft red fruit flavors. Easy to drink with soft tannins.

  July 17, 2012 - Smooth on the palate with soft cherry flavors and maybe a little herb. Decent wine. Two out of the three bottles I had were ok.
