April 17, 2011 - Dense inky black colour, ripe dark fruits and white pepper nose, solid structure with chunky but ripe tannins and great concentration. Lots of spicy, white pepper flavours and a nice long finish. Very Good and a great match to the strong flavours of the cassoulet we had for dinner. Would also be great with stronger cheeses.
