September 1, 2023 - Seemed as if there had been some air leakage as it was not super bubbly and the nose was muted. Drank ok.

August 19, 2023 - Medium straw color. Fine bubbles. Shy aromas of green apple, peach, roasted almonds, toast. Medium+ acidity, very balanced, medium body. Taste of green apple, peach, toast , lemon, mineral.

June 5, 2023 - From magnum. Disgorged 2018. Very good place right now. Start to show some tones fron age but with fresh fruit and acidity. Very well balanced. Drank it last 2 years ago and it has improved a lot.
