March 31, 2023 - The 98 Musigny is finally coming around with red and dark fruit, spice, and tea. It has good vibrancy on the palate. Another good vintage for Drouhin Musigny.

October 19, 2021 - It takes roughly 3 hours to open up the bottle. It has a beautiful nose with perfume, redish dark fruit, spice, minerals and earth. Palate is tricky as it keeps playing hide and seek throughout the night. When it is user-friendly, it shows the Musigny depth and weight. On the flip side, there are moments when the mid-palate is hollow and straightforward. I think it just needs time to show its best. 92-93

March 11, 2017 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Great stuff here, just still very firm and backward. Tough to assess its long -term potential, but I'd be patient.

May 3, 2014 - Wine Tasted at Acker Auction (Marea - New York NY): Red and black berry aromas, followed by more black fruit flavors and good spice. Slightly more advanced than I would expect, but still firm from middle to finish, which continues with some nuance and finesse. Tough to assess how/where this will evolve going forward.

July 26, 2013 - Solid, excellent Chambolle notes but not distinguished. (Squamalot)
