    September 20, 2022 - Simple et léger.
    Une verdeur assez présente
    et un brin aqueux.

January 8, 2021 - After a few years of holding on opening the bottle, it finally happened ! A good 10 years after the start.
I should say it could have been a few years more, with all this intensity, but it was a nice and solid product ! Very intense, characteristic of cabernet plus syrah (no surprise there), lots of dark fruit and aromatics, showing a nice equilibrium between "corsé" and enjoyable serious dark red !
The name is there since a bit, reliable if you look at intensity plus quality.

December 5, 2018 - Deep maroon - tight slightly green nose, smells like a Loire - tight palate too, and again slightly herbal, this seems like it needed another 5-10 years in the cellar, perhaps I just committed infanticide! I think this might've been great in 10 yrs, who knew? Tant pis!

June 15, 2017 - Clear Deep ruby core with light purple rim. Nose is rich dark berry with a subtle pleasant gaminess. Palate is clean with med acidity, med + tannin, ripe dark berry. I think amazingly still developing since my last bottle but very drinkable now. I still think a couple of years will do it nicely. All in all a nice blend.

December 1, 2016 - Clear Deep ruby core with light purple rim. Nose is rich dark berry with a subtle pleasant gaminess. Palate is clean with med acidity, med + tannin, ripe dark berry. Still developing but very drinkable now. A couple of years with do it nicely. Alcohol will mellow and integrate with time but a bit prominent now. All in all a nice blend.
