January 25, 2019 - This is a 11 years old bottle clellered at constant temperatur (54 F) and proper humidity level.
The cork broke at the ending of the uncorking. It had lots of sediments and small cork fragments.
It was filtered , aired and decanted. Two hour later is a great wine similar to the FRANCEs betst. Aromas of prunes and dry figs, slightly earthy and tobacco. At taste is round long finishing and balanced tannins and acidity. A solid 93. -
