  January 23, 2016 - Delicious! Had with Indian food and it was so bright and showed a bit of pear and maybe citrus. Kind of dry but still sweet and refreshing. Really enjoyed this.

  June 23, 2015 - Almost 3 years since my last bottle, from a stash of NVs bought then and aged in the cellar since. This is really interesting and good. A bit of age has given this Blanc de Blancs some tanner wheaty notes, but the palate is otherwise clear and crisp, with nice acidity and energy. With air, trace sherrry notes emerge. Nice balance of BdB clear notes as it also shows signs of advancement.
