June 19, 2022 - Drinking great at the moment. Still a big Aussie Shiraz but has reached equilibrium in terms of fruit, acidity and tannins. Great fruit and a well balanced finish.

January 8, 2022 - Drank after a 2 hour decant (maybe we cheated a bit and had a sip or 2 along the way). Drank with lamb burgers, fries and Greek salad. One word review = yum! Garnet color (my wife says Lincoln Park After Dark). Nose is fig and leather. Thick dark berries and fig on the palate with a long finish. This is a well-aged Aussie Shiraz!!

January 8, 2022 - I say it without reservation, I love a good aged Aussie Shiraz particularly from the McLaren Vale.
